Maybe you saw glass sculptor Tim Tate's sold-out solo debut at Fraser Gallery Georgetown 10 months ago. And that was before he was named an Outstanding Emerging Artist at January's Mayor's Arts Awards. Go see what the judges saw in him this time as "I Never Claimed to Have a Map to Get to the Heart of This or Any Other Matter . . . " opens at Fraser's Bethesda location, 7700 Wisconsin Ave., Friday from 6 to 9. The show remains on view through June 8. Call 301-718-9651.
